FSUM (The forum for Swedish Youth
Centres) was formed in 1988 and works
with encourage municipalaties och healtcare organisations to start
up Youth Centers. The work also consist of
implementing such resourses to YC that they become more accessable for young
people and can forfill heigh demands on width and quality in their
